This flew out of my brush one day, with no preparatory drawing or plan. I've always liked it because it is simple and clean. Also, being a mother is such a huge part of my identity and my art wouldn't exist if it weren't for my five sons who have enriched my life beyone measure. This image reminds me of being a young mother and madly in love with my miraculous baby.
